Salmon cooked in Asian style.

 It is a simple recipe of Salmon with Asian original taste, cooked in marinade.

What you need:                 
Fresh Salmon - 600g          
Lime - 1 piece

Ginger root - 1 piece
cilantro - 3 sprigs
Honey - 1 tbsp 
 
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp  
Olive oil - 1 tbsp

 
1. Salmon fillet cut into portions pieces, then placed them in individual baking form. At the bottom under each piece you can put a circle of eggplant or zucchini (the salmon will not stick).





2. Prepare the marinade. Grate the ginger root, minced cilantro sprigs. Mixed it with lime juice, with soy sauce, honey and olive oil. Add black pepper. Before adding the salt test the marinade, it's taste depends of soy sauce, it can be very different. 
Attention! You need only lime, lemon will not work properly.



3. The marinade is evenly distributed on pieces of fish, the juice flows down on salmon, so marinating it.
Leave for 15-20 minutes, then oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Bird's Milk without eggs and butter.

Bird's Milk it is a traditional Russian cake with layers of cake (biskvit) and light soufflé.
I offer you very easy variant with ready cooked sponge layer cake, of course, you can make your own. 


What you need to cook Pie for 4-5 person:  
 
1.condensed milk - 150 gr   
2. apricot compote - 130 gr
3. Gelatin - 10 gr
4. sugar - 4-5 tbsp.
5. vanilla sugar  10 gr

6. sponge cake layers
         
For chocolate icing:
cream 100 gr and chocolate 100 gr.
 




1. In the part  of compote (100g) soak gelatin for 30-40 minutes, or until it swells







2. Then, in a water bath melt the gelatin with the another part of  compote 30 gr, the mixture should be liquid, do not let it boil.






3. In a large pot with pour ice-cold water put a small one with gelatin, sugar, vanilla sugar.
 4. Add the condensed milk, and whisk it, this is the middle of the process, the milk is still yellow color.
5. Whisk it 10-15 minutes, until the "milk" becomes  a white air mass and increase in volume.






 6. Ready sponge cake should be soaked with the remains compote and covered with a layer of the souffle.
7. Put in the fridge.






8. After one hour you will have standing souffle. 
 






9.  Cover with the second layer, which was also infiltrated by compote.




10. Now let's make the icing. It is very simply.

  everything froze for 15 minutes and did not flow.


 11. In a water bath melt the chocolate and cream in equal proportions.
 12. Cover cake, after 15 minutes it would not flow.

Pie with potatoes and mushrooms.

   Today I tell you how to cook nourishing Pie with potatoes and mushrooms, which makes from cottage cheese dough without eggs. This dough is very tender, it is not so dry as flaky, and not as lush as yeast. The stuffing can be put very diverse, sweet or salty.



What you need to cook Pie for 4-5 person:     


 
1. Fresh mushrooms 350 gr

2. Onion  - 1 p
3. Fresh potatoes 2 p
4.
Cottage cheese - 250 g;
5. Plain flour 250 gr
6. Olive oil 2 tbsp
7. Butter 100 gr
8. Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt, peper 







Let's start with dough. It only takes 5 minutes. 

1.  Melt butter. Then pour olive oil and melted butter.



 
 2. Mix cottage cheese, flour and baking powder, a little salt.
 3. Then pour olive oil and melted butter.
4. Roll the dough ball, it should not stick to the hands, put into a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator while preparing filling.






5. First in 1 tbs olive oil, fry the onion.  potatoes cubes (1 x 1 cm). If necessary, pour little water, prepare the filling for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. 

 6. Cut mushrooms and fry.

 11. Roll out the top cover with the other part of the test, close up on the edges.  
Be sure !!! to make the top of the hole with a toothpick.




 
12. Oven at 200 С for 20-25 minutes.

How to cook Leopard Print Cake?

Today I tell you how to make Leopard Cake, it will be printed like leopard not only outside but inside also.


Ingredients:
- eggs 4 p
- sugar 200 g
- softened butter 100 g
- Vanilla essence  1 tsp
- Wheat flour 150 g
- corn starch  50 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- cocoa powder  4 tbsp
- Philadelphia cream cheese  200 g
- icing 4 tbsp



1. Mix butter with the sugar and vanilla essence.   










2. Eggs beat with a mixer until foamy and add to butter.









3.  Add flour, starch, baking powder, mix well.













4. Take 4 tbsp of dough, in separate bowl put 1tbsp spoon of flour and 1 tsp cacao, mix. The color has turned dim and I decided to add a few drops of orange dye.








5. Divide dough in half. One half will remain white, in the second add 4 tbs of cacao.










6. Put all the colors in individual packages.   










Now let's start to create Leopard print color from our dough.

1. First draw 3 white circles, between dark brown.

 

 

 

 

  2. On brown top beige stripe. 











3. Coat beige color brown









  
4.  Then white coat. 












5.  Repeat the whole process.  




 
6. Bake in the oven 180 С about 40-45 min. 











Decorate the cake simple cream.

1. Mix Philadelphia cheese (200 gr) with icing 4 tbs. Into one half put little cacao, into the second add orange dye. 




 

2. Coat the base, and make the spots from these two colors. 




3. Сircle spots with melted chocolate from the syringe or food pencil. This my decorating set. 















So at the end we got Leopard Cake.
