It is a simple recipe of Salmon with Asian original taste, cooked in marinade.
What you need:
Fresh Salmon - 600g
Lime - 1 piece
Ginger root - 1 piece
cilantro - 3 sprigs
Honey - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
1. Salmon
fillet cut into portions pieces, then placed them
in individual baking form.
At the bottom under each piece you can
put a circle of eggplant or zucchini (the
salmon will not stick).
3. The marinade is evenly distributed on pieces of fish, the juice flows down on salmon, so marinating it.
Leave for 15-20 minutes, then oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Grate the ginger
root, minced cilantro sprigs. Mixed it with lime juice, with soy
sauce, honey and olive oil. Add black pepper. Before adding the salt test the marinade, it's taste depends of
soy sauce, it can be very different.
Attention! You need only lime, lemon will not work properly.
